Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with Wayleigh. If something isn’t quite right, our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be simple, fair, and reassuring.

The following policy applies to items purchased directly from the wayleigh.co.uk website only.

Returns at a Glance

  • 14 days to return or exchange from the day you receive your item.
  • Extended holiday returns: Orders placed 1 Nov – 24 Dec can be returned until 31 Jan.
  • Faulty/incorrect items: We’ll email you a free returns label and cover the cost of your re‑delivery.
  • Unwanted items/exchanges: You cover return postage; we cover the cost of re‑delivery for exchanges.
  • Limitations: Earrings and personalised pieces are excluded from refunds or exchanges unless faulty.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds/exchanges: Processed within 2 working days of receiving your item.

Return Timeframes

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
  • Orders placed between the 1st of November and the 24th of December benefit from our extended holiday policy – returns are accepted until the end of January.

Faulty Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Take a photograph showing the problem and contact us.
  • After inspection, a free returns label will be emailed to you. Your replacement will be delivered postage-free.

Unwanted Items & Exchanges

  • If you change your mind or wish to exchange an item, you’ll need to cover the return postage.
  • If you request an exchange, we will cover the re‑delivery cost.

Processing Times

  • Refunds and exchanges are processed within 2 working days of receiving your item.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used. Please note that banks may take several days to show the payment in your account.

Condition of Items

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Personalised pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to Arrange a Return

  • If you have an account at wayleigh.co.uk, you can manage your return directly through your account dashboard.
  • If you don’t have an account, email us at support@wayleigh.co.uk, and we’ll guide you through the process.
