Delivery Information

We want your Wayleigh jewellery to reach you safely and swiftly, so here’s everything you need to know.

UK Delivery

All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service.
Free UK delivery on orders over £60.
£3.55 delivery fee for orders under £60.

Our packaging is carefully designed to fit through a standard letterbox whenever possible. We are also proud to say our packaging is 100% recyclable. Please recycle after use, or reuse if you need to make a return. For more details see the Packaging & Gift Wrap details page.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12pm, Monday – Friday are dispatched the following morning.
Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday morning.

Once dispatched, Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service aims to deliver to your door within 2-3 working days.

Order Updates

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking code. If you’ve registered an account at wayleigh.co.uk, you can also manage your delivery through your account dashboard.

UK Christmas Delivery

To make sure your gifts arrive in time, please place orders by Wednesday, 17 December. We recommend ordering as early as possible for peace of mind.

All orders placed between 1 November, and 24 December are covered by our extended returns and exchanges policy, giving you extra flexibility during the festive season.
